Following our high quality, multi-disciplined work in the Auditoriums of almost every Everyman Cinema ever built, Sound Solutions were chosen as Main Contractor to refurbish their Cinema in Esher.

Working alongside Everyman’s Project Manager, Architects; Fusion Design & Architecture, QS; Lavingtons and managing Everyman direct contractors we were tasked with upgrading the foyer, bar, 3No lounge areas, Male & Femal WC’s, kitchen area improvements and creating a new wash up room. The screens had only minor works with some adjustments of seating tiers to improve sight lines and mid-height walls, oak capped and wall carpet clad.

With a busy well established Cinema venue, downtime had to be kept to a minimum meaning that we had only 19No days on site to bring Fusion Design & Architecture’s design to life.

Our work scope included; marble backed fretted brass & reeded glass recessed shelving units, fluted walnut wall panels c/w bespoke folded brass skirtings, antique mirrored slats to the bar, marble & ceramic floor tiling to WC’s and bar surround, bespoke semi-circular shaped wall decorations, bespoke fire alarm cupboard with brass detailed access door, large format digitally printed wallpapers, new carpets, new furniture.

With our multi-skilled workforce, 3D furniture visualization to help fast track the technical design into manufacture, pro-active management and working alongside Everyman’s great team of direct contractors we successfully completed the refurbishment on time, budget and to a high quality of finish demanded by the best Boutique Cinema & Restaurant / Bar operator in the world.
